No! You can design your own personal growth project. You will set the schedule for how you'd like to space your sessions. Some of my clients see me every week, some, just once a month- it's totally up to you.

I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused CBT, as well as EMDR, one of the most effective trauma treatments available.

Not everyone who needs help has a condition. People are looking for a different approach and that is what I provide.
Therefore, I don't accept insurance for payment or do any other health system related billing or diagnosing. Payments can be made with an HSA / FSA or traditional credit card securely online.
The way I work with people is unique because I don't work in the medical sector of mental health. This gives you the freedom from your mental health being discussed, documented or considered as part of your medical records.
As a practitioner who works outside of the typical model, I tend to work with a lot of business leaders and parents.
