Our sessions will be focused on YOU, and will be a combination of compelling discussion, education and a skills workshop, all in one hour! Our conversations will help to inspire change of thought and new ideas for you. You'll learn things and likely leave with more resources to explore.

I like to keep things casual and fun, and most importantly, will never make you sit in silence. (I've had plenty of my own therapy as experience)

I am a professional question asker, and will do a well rounded inquiry to help you explore any issues that are troublesome. This work is FUN, engaging and really helps people feel better fast.

I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused CBT, as well as EMDR, one of the most effective trauma treatments available. 

When you work with me you will likely learn: 

Cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, mindfulness, self compassionate relationship skills, Dialectical behavioral therapy skills, emotional regulation, anger management, somatic therapies, Emotional freedom technique tapping, and simple breath work.

These things will help you: Stop overthinking, worrying, people pleasing, feeling sick, panicked and stressed out. Get in the driver’s seat of your life and start to thrive.

No! You can design your own personal growth project. You will set the schedule for how often you want to do sessions. Some of my clients see me every week, some, just once a month- it's totally up to you!

Not everyone who needs help has a condition. People are looking for a different approach and that is what I provide.

Therefore, I don't accept insurance for payment or do any other health system related billing or diagnosing. Payments can be made with an HSA / FSA or traditional credit card securely online.

The way I work with people is unique because I don't work in the medical sector of mental health. This gives you the freedom from your mental health being discussed, documented or considered as part of your medical records.

As a practitioner who works outside of the typical model, I tend to work with a lot of business leaders and Millennials.

After working in the therapy field for many years, I found the clinical, medical approach lacking. Long assessment forms, unnecessary diagnoses and ugly offices were not my style. That's why I am doing things differently. Here are a few things about me and my work.
